One of the most classic and timeless espresso blends, Illy’s blend consists of 100% Arabica beans from nine different plantations on four different continents. The result is a balanced blend, with a distinct aroma and a wonderful, unforgettable taste. The roast is medium, which results in a smooth taste, balanced aromas of caramel, chocolate, as well as light floral notes.

The beans are mixed before roasting and packed under pressure, so that all the organoleptic characteristics of the coffee remain unchanged.

This espresso is the balance of strength and smoothness. The quintessence of clear chocolate and caramel flavour with a touch of flowers.
This is a blend of nine top-quality Arabica beans (100%). More than half of them come from Brazil, which results in the unique aroma. The other come from Africa and Central America – which gives the coffee a hint of sweetness.

This coffee is especially recommended for pressure espresso machines.
