One of the most classic and timeless espresso blends, Illy’s blend consists of 100% Arabica beans from nine different plantations on four different continents. The result is a balanced blend, with a distinct aroma and a wonderful, unforgettable taste. The roast is medium, which results in a smooth taste, balanced aromas of caramel, chocolate, as well as light floral notes.

The beans are mixed before roasting and packed under pressure, so that all the organoleptic characteristics of the coffee remain unchanged.
