Coffee Beans, Capsules & Food Products

Returns of perishable products or products that cannot safely be restored to their original condition may be restricted within the exceptions permitted by law.

Defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products remain subject to applicable consumer protection rights.

Coffee Machines & Accessories

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Defective or non-conforming products may qualify for statutory remedies, including return or replacement within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed according to applicable Egyptian consumer protection requirements.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.
